AL Dente stands for Italian cuisine, warm hospitality and the small moments you love to spend at the table.
In our rooms on Alt Nowawes you sit on dark wooden chairs at cream tablecloths, between small vases of flowers and warm lamplight. At lunchtime the neighbours drop in for a plate of pasta; in the evening we slow down, and every guest is treated like family.
