Mario lives for gastronomy. It is his life, and has been for many years.
His path led him to Germany, where he worked in Italian and French gastronomy and gathered valuable experience over many years.
At some point it was clear to him: he wanted to open his own restaurant and be there for his guests. That is exactly what he has been doing at AL Dente since 2012.
In that time he has welcomed people of every kind: ordinary guests as well as well-known figures from politics, television and football, and artists.
