The AL Dente Menu in Potsdam: Pasta, Pizza, Fish and Meat

"What is there to eat at AL Dente?" is one of the questions we hear most often. Here is an overview of our menu in Potsdam-Babelsberg. The current dishes and prices are always up to date on our website.

Antipasti: the opening act

To start there are classics such as mini mozzarella with cherry tomatoes and basil, carpaccio di manzo on rocket, vitello tonnato or the Antipasto Misto "Al Dente", a selection of starters in the style of the house. If you prefer something lighter, choose one of the salads or a soup such as crema di pomodoro or zuppa di pesce.

Pasta: the heart of the trattoria

We live up to our name: the pasta arrives at the table with a firm bite. From spaghetti Napoli, Bolognese or carbonara to lasagne al forno and linguine "Al Dente" with beef fillet tips and rocket in a cream sauce, there is something for every taste. Vegetarians will find penne arrabiata or tagliatelle verdura. If you want something special, ask for the pasta dishes with truffle, porcini or chanterelles.

Pizza from the oven

From pizza margherita to pizza quattro formaggi: our pizzas come classic and with special toppings. The pizza "Al Dente" is topped with Parma ham, rocket and Parmesan. Also on the menu: pizza spinaci with spinach and gorgonzola, pizza vegetaria with aubergine, courgette and peppers, and pizza with seafood.

Meat and fish

For a bigger appetite there is saltimbocca alla romana, piccata alla milanese or an Argentinian fillet steak from the grill, optionally with fresh truffle and truffle cream. Fish lovers can choose pike-perch fillet, grilled salmon or scampi.

Dolci: a sweet finish

An evening at AL Dente ends best on a sweet note: with tiramisu, hot figs with vanilla ice cream (fichi flambé), cassata or sorbet.
